Our Staff

Andrew Neal
Director – Andrew started his Estate Agency career over 10 years ago in Ashford working for one of the corporate agencies before moving on to a local independent agency. He then took a two year break to work for Zoolpa, the internet property portal to learn about the online property world. In February 2010 Andrew decided to open Andrew & Co which now has two offices, the other being in New Romney.

Matthew Skipper
Partner – Matthew recently joined the company after 9 years with Gould & Harrison. Matthew brings 12 years industry experience and has expert knowledge of the local area.

Craig Hutchins
Partner – Craig runs our New Romney office and has over 20 years experience in the industry, he previously worked for a local corporate agency as their area manager and is also a qualified domestic energy assessor.

Janet Avis
Sales Manager – Janet is our most experienced member of staff having managed one of the local corporate agencies for over 25 years. Janet is experienced in all roles within estate agency and has extensive knowledge of both Ashford and Tenterden areas.

Emma Adams
Negotiator – Emma recently joined the business after working the London property market for 10 years. Emma has a good knowledge of both sales and lettings and carries out the majority of the company’s viewings and administration duties.

Cheryl Hulton
Negotiator – Cheryl works in our New Romney office and has also worked for one of the local corporate agencies. Cheryl’s main strengths are administration but is equally skilled at carrying out viewing and negotiations on offers.

All of our staff have previously worked together at other companies and we believe our team at Andrew & Co is second to none when it comes to our knowledge and experience of the local area.
